Cancellations and refunds

Unless we have made modifications to these terms that substantially impact you to your harm, or as required under Nigerian consumer law or other relevant consumer rights and protection legislation, we do not normally give refunds or credits on purchased products due to the digital nature of the content. Send up an email (or a support ticket) if you need a refund or credit.

Each request for a refund or credit will be reviewed individually. In cases such as the following, refunds or credits are often not required:

– The digital product is no longer appealing to you at this time.

– You accidentally made a purchase.

– You lack the knowledge required to make proper use of the Provided digital product(s).

– you make a plea for leniency; or

– Items you wanted have been taken down or removed from AXEN and you can’t access them anymore (we advise you to download products as soon as you pay for them to avoid this situation).

If a refund or credit is issued, it will typically be processed through the original payment method. In accordance with the terms of the payment method, you will be paid in the currency made available to you when you made the digital purchase (US Dollars).

Having a firm grasp of the fundamentals of refunds is crucial.

Problems with the payment processors: If you, as a Subscriber, raise a disagreement with a payment agent, your AXEN account will remain frozen until the issue has been resolved.

According Nigerian banking regulation, any credit applied to your subscription is not considered a deposit and is therefore not eligible for deposit protection or guarantee.
