AXEN strictly forbids the submission of any content that infringes on the rights of others. In other words, don’t submit someone else’s work unless you have permission to do so from the author.
Please keep in mind that this Copyright Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use, which govern your use of the AXEN Services at all times.
You warrant the following by delivering Content to AXEN:
– You possess all intellectual property rights to the Content or you have permission to use and upload the Content from the original creators;
– You possess all intellectual property rights to the Content or you have permission to use and upload the Content from the original creators;
– The Content is not in violation of AXEN’s Terms of Use or our Copyright Policy and may be uploaded without worry.
In the event that AXEN receives notice that any Content infringes on the copyright, we shall promptly remove or disable access to the offending material. Users who persistently breach this Policy will also have their accounts cancelled.

Copyright Violation Notification Requirements
In order to notify AXEN of a possible copyright violation, you must submit a formal statement with the details listed below. The following structure is preferred:
1. A description of your work that you believe has been infringed
Indicate which specific protected work was allegedly violated.
2. The URL(s) of the content believed to be infringing
Provide the precise identifier and location of the protected work, including its URL on AXEN. We must ensure that the content you specified in Part 1 can be located.
3. Your contact details
Don’t hesitate to contact us, but do tell us how to reach you (name, address, phone number, and email address). Please make sure we have a way to reach you so that we can follow up with you as needed during the claims process.
4. You must include the following disclaimer and confirm your agreement with it:
If you believe that the work is being used in a way that does not comply with the copyright owner’s or its agent’s permission or the law, you must specify your reasons for believing this. The potential for erroneous or incorrect alerts necessitates the use of this statement and the next two items.
5. Attestation:
Whether you are the owner of the exclusive right to the specified product or are authorised to act on behalf of the proprietor of the exclusive right to the identified work, please attest under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your letter is true.
6. Your signature
If you are the owner of an exclusive right that has been claimed to have been infringed upon, or if you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of such a right, please provide your signature (either physically or electronically). It’s possible that you’re the one in question.

When AXEN gets legitimate infringement notification, the AXEN maintains the right to:
– Remove or restrict access to the infringing material.
– Inform the accused content provider (or seller) that AXEN has deleted or disabled access to the relevant material.
– If the content provider is a repeat offender, his or her access to the Services will be terminated.
